Foster Stair Build

This unique project had a few obstacles but they were all overcome and we couldn't be happier with the end result. The homeowner had an upper lot that was completely unaccessible due to the steep topography of the land. We positioned massive 37' exterior rated glulam beams to clear span the large staircase. Paired with oversized footings and aluminum treads this staircase will last a long time. The Timbertech decking and Hog Panel railing really ups the curb appeal. Once the main staircase was done we completed a few landings and additional staircases to connect to the parking area below. This project exemplifies how precise planning can overcome natural obstacles to bring a vision to life.
