Marine St. Stairs with Roof

The goal of this project was to add an exterior staircase to the second floor so it could be converted into an apartment. To connect the staircase we extended the existing deck by 12' and added a landing. A door was added where the window is and a second layer of sheetrock had to be installed on the ceiling between the first and second floors.
